we offer the following satisfaction guarantee. It is so important for
you to connect with your reader, that if in the first minutes you are
not feeling a good connection with your reader you can let them know,
hang up, and call customer service back at 1-800-710-2060. We will assist
you in selecting another reader for the original amount of time purchased.
Our Master Psychics are excellent, and it is our belief that not every person on the planet can make a connection with every other person on the planet. If in the first five minutes of your reading you are not feeling a good connection with your reader, you may excuse yourself and we will give you a new reading with another reader of your choice for the original amount of time purchased.

against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, suits, proceedings,
judgments, fines, damages, costs, losses and expenses (including settlement
costs and/or reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to
your use of this website and company services.
4. Choice of Venue
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by
the laws of the State of California, Santa Clara County. Any and all
disputes arising out of this agreement or the services referenced herein
shall be resolved by mediation, and if such mediation is unsuccessful,
by binding arbitration under the auspices of, and pursuant to the commercial
arbitration rules of, JAMS before a single arbitrator at its San Jose,
California office.
