How we spend our time has a great affect on our mental, physical and spiritual health. If we choose to work all the time, even if it is work we enjoy, that constant drive can take its toll. Family responsibilities, errands and chores can add to that stress. Taking up a hobby is a great way to make sure you get time for yourself. As you focus on your favorite activity, you’ll feel your work and everyday stress melt away and a lightness come into your soul.
