These canyons, as well as creeks, Indian ruins and red rocks are easily accessible by foot, lending to a thrilling hike in some of Mother Nature’s most magnificent masterpieces. Once in Sedona, it’s easy to get information about specific vortices. So you can hike or drive to a specific natural energy center, sit down quietly and really listen to your body, mind and spirit.
