Do you ever find yourself feeling stuck? You might feel stuck in your job, relationship, career or even location. Or maybe those parts of your life are fulfilling, but something still seems to be missing and you can’t quite put your finger on it. Sometimes your spirit, your life or your routine just needs a jump-start. But how do you figure out what you need?
That can be the tricky part. It requires some introspection and exploration. Go to your favorite spot, be it a comfy living room chair or park bench. Bring a paper and pen with you. Then just begin writing whatever comes into your head. Don’t censor yourself; no one else will read this but you. Write anything - don’t judge, don’t correct, don’t worry about being perfect. You may be surprised at what comes out of your pen!
The longer you go, the more opportunity you have to get beyond your everyday thoughts to the deeper issues. Maybe you sit at a desk every day and realize you want to play racquetball. Maybe you’re a stay-at-home mom who misses spending time with her friends. Maybe you’ve just been working overtime and need a weekend getaway. You may discover deeper issues too - instead of being in sales you’d rather help the homeless. Regardless of what you discover, taking the time to tune into your inner voice can really help change your life.
If you try this exercise and find you struggle with it, give our Master Psychics a call. We’d be happy to help you figure out what your inner spirit is trying to tell you.

Many folks believe that meditation is only beneficial for the very spiritually inclined. But actually, basic meditation can be powerful no matter whether you do it every day, every week or just every once in a while. Will you experience a deeper level of inner peace and calm the more often you practice meditation? Probably, but if you only need to draw on a meditative practice once in awhile, you’ll still reap the benefits.
Meditation has shown to decrease stress, disperse depression and build brain function. The benefits all begin with the breath. Sitting quietly without disturbance can be hard to achieve in our busy worlds. But if you can create this space, you’re halfway there. Once you’re able to sit comfortably and quietly, then you can focus on your breath. Simply breathe normally and deeply, thinking “inhale” and “exhale” respectively. As you regulate your breath, your anxiety level tends to automatically decrease as well.
Decreased anxiety helps to regulate your emotional state and allows you to stay focused. So try some quiet breathing before a big presentation, a first date or even going to sleep. You’ll probably find there’s a great deal of inner peace below all that daily stress. And if you need help, give us a call. We’d be happy to guide you in your mediation practice, no matter how often you do it.

One of the wonderful things about being human is the immeasurable number of emotions that we can experience on a daily basis, not to mention a lifetime. We feel, therefore we are. Emotions are normal, natural and a large part of our life. They can give us direction. If we’re jealous, we usually want something that we don’t currently have. If we’re happy, we should probably continue to do what we’re doing. But some of us have a hard time expressing our emotions, and that may create all kinds of problems.
There should be no shame in expressing emotion. Though there are certainly inappropriate ways to express yourself, such as violence towards others. Letting out how you feel is critical to your overall wellbeing and health. Holding in anger, sadness, jealousy, even happiness can actually have an effect on your physical and mental wellbeing. Think of yourself as a pressure cooker; if you keep all that emotion in and never let it out, you may emotionally explode. But some of us were never taught how to express ourselves. Or we might have been taught that we should never talk about our feelings. Quite often, men are taught that the only emotion they can show is anger. Women learn that we should never show anger. Neither of these scenarios is healthy. Showing and talking about how you feel keeps your natural energy flowing and that’s healthy. Our Master Psychics can help you look inward to assist you to more easily express yourself.

A pilgrimage to natural healing center can be far more than just a vacation; it’s a chance to connect with your inner spirit and with the universal spirit around you. Exploring the Mayan culture in Mexico can have an especially strong effect on our feelings of introspection.
Located mostly throughout the southern part of Mexico, the Mayan region is large enough to offer a lot of different opportunities for an introspective journey. As an ancient people, the Mayans were advanced in their writing, art and culture. There is evidence of their existence throughout these regions and Mayan descendants certainly exist today. Exploring an ancient Mayan cave with a tour guide will take you back in time and further into your inner being. Imagine witnessing the remains of pottery, etchings and structures of an ancient spiritual people and the effects of the energy those findings have on you in the here and now. With a little research on the Internet, you can find the Mayan journey that’s right for you.

The world is full of both positive and negative energy; some would argue that you can’t have one without the other. Sometimes you just feel blue or you’re having an off day. But other times it may feel like you are just surrounded by negative energy in your life or your home. Here are a few things that may help you dispel that negativity and let light into your life and house again.
Burning incense throughout your home can be an effective way to change the energy in every room. Some Native American tribes smudge the four corners of their homes (North, South, East, and West) with sage to cleanse the energy. You can also put out a bowl of salt water, which is said to absorb the negative energy. Then dispose of it into a river or stream. Putting bells on your doorknobs is another way to negate negative energy. Keep in mind, for each of these methods, it’s important that you believe in what you’re doing.
Also, take a look at the people in your life; sometimes the source of the negative energy is quite clearly coming from a particular person. If possible, you may want to re-evaluate who you let into your life.
And finally, take a look inside yourself too. Are you reacting to a person, place or thing in a negative way? If we can become neutral we realize we cannot control some things in our lives. Also, these things may have nothing to do with us personally. We can take a deep breath, accept the situation for what it is and it let go.
If you’re having trouble with negative energy in your home or life and need some guidance, you can speak to one of our Master Psychics. We’re always here for you.
